What moisture-proof measures do
screws have? According to the screw customization manufacturer, if the iron screw is wet or soaked in liquid. If they are wet and so on, they may rust. Therefore, in order to prevent the
screws from rusting, we must use moisture-proof and moisture-proof screws. So how to deal with the moisture-proof of
screws? The moisture-proof methods of screws are as follows:
(1) Use solvent-free paint for swing machinery as far as possible;
(2) It is best to choose impregnating paint without oxidation component, such as epoxy carbamate or epoxy based impregnating paint;
(3) When using melanin impregnating paint, the curing temperature and time shall be adjusted. The curing temperature shall be slightly higher than 130 ℃ (e.g. 135 ℃), and the curing time shall be greater than 180 minutes. It is necessary to strictly implement this process. Especially in the hot and humid season, the coating specified in the coating factory sample is dark (cured) due to the concept of rust prevention. Time is not necessarily rich, and the motor has specific connotation and shape;
(4) Select paint that does not contain volatile acid;
(5) Choose the coating with good hydrolysis resistance.
